At Modfit, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or have received an incorrect or damaged item, we're here to help.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order (delivery time is not included in this 24-hour period).
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.
  • The customer is responsible for all delivery/courier charges associated with returning the item and receiving the exchanged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval from Modfit.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item is unavailable for exchange after a return has been approved for a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Modfit.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
