At Modfit, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, including new launches, promotions, and sale events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery Times

Within Colombo

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Outside Colombo

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available), so you can follow your parcel's journey.
